Membership Program

Dear Customers:

Todd's Car Wash implemented a membership loyalty program in February 2010. Since then, over 10,000 customers have signed up for the program, averaging about 700 new customers per month, and the number is continuing to grow at a very fast rate. While we are very pleased with the success of the program, the current system is not designed to handle the large volume of customers we have, and we are experiencing difficulties managing the program.

In response to the program's rapid growth and large success, Todd's Car Wash has begun transitioning to a new point of sale and loyalty system with the ability to accommodate our very large customer base. New member sign-ups are unavailable at this time, but existing members will still be able to accrue points at all three locations and will not lose any points they have already accrued. We expect to be fully transitioned on or before December 31, 2011.

We will then phase out our current method of redeeming loyalty points (issuing a gift card by mail) by January 31, 2012. At that time, existing customers with 800 or more points will receive a final gift card in the mail. The new system will be managed entirely inside the new point of sale. Customers will be able to access their loyalty account online at www.toddscarwash.com to view their available points. Redeeming your points will be simple, and will not require you to wait until the end of the quarter to receive a gift card as it will be triggered automatically at the point of sale when you come in for a car wash, oil change, or detail service.
